Vonda is super knowledgeable and knows the area like the locals that she, is professional, patient, and very calming. She is very responsive and gets on it fast. The house we purchased with her, I asked for a tour that morning, she got it for us before the day was over as we needed and that night we submitted our purchase and sale agreement. She was helpful in telling us things to watch out for and very importantly how to make our financing choice more competitive in this market. I would definitely recommend Vonda. Side note: My husband and I met her at an open house as I entered, I told my husband it was unlikely we would meet our Realtor® to help us buy a house at an open house. Well, I was wrong.
